I am a freelance creative consultant / multidisciplinary designer.
Over my working life I have collected a variety of skills and professional connections which has enabled me to have experienced the creative process from many sides, (client to art director) This has given me a love for keeping my work life varied and interesting. Always open to collaborations and working in small teams. I am a graphic designer first and foremost but a keen photographer and illustrator. My style is refined and polished but elements when appropriate are contemporary and sharp. Fashion and publications/zines are my personal passion, I have been fueling this interest with a personal project called M.A.N, that is very dear to my heart and will be launching soon.

I thank you for taking the time to view my body of work and I look forward to joining the worldwide community of designers and hopefully working with you or at least being inspired by your talents.

My first position after graduating college was a part time position at Sydney's leading GLBTIQ newspaper. It was my chance to learn how to produce a weekly publication, and a very fast lesson in managing files and archiving correctly. High stress times in this deadline driven position. My role consisted of creating and developing advertising campaigns, layouts, general design duties and retouching for the newspaper, alongside file management for archiving and website updates. SSO Media also produced special publications like the Mardi Gras Guide, Queerscreen Film Festival Guide, Fringe Festival Guide, P.S Sydney (an Australian tourism booklet which was taken to Cologne for the Gay Games). It was an amazing job which was perfect for my initiation from study.

That ! Agency
Graphic designer
Working at That!agency was a dream opportunity, I was given the opportunity to take the lead with some clients, and produce the job through from briefing to post production. The main work That!agency produced was Property Development. We created high quality sales books, community newspapers, community events, branding, corporate documents and website design. Working in a small team with writers and marketing experts gave me the commercial experience needed to better my understanding of the corporate clients needs.

Advanced Dip in Graphic Design
Call me teachers pet, but coming back to study as an adult is such a different experience. High Distinctions across the board and graduated as Student of the Year, and won the NSW TAFE Medal for 1st in State in Graphic Design. I involved myself in as many of the schools extra curricular activities. I headed the organizing team for our Graduation Show. And worked in the Student run '3 Fold Studio' where students created branding and collateral for local community groups.
